NSC BAS was recently selected for a “rip and replace” controls project for the two towers of a major Kansas City hotel landmark offering over 900 guest rooms. Delta Controls will be systematically installed to replace the outdated legacy system to control the myriad of chillers, boilers, pumps, and other HVAC equipment.

The primary driving decision to utilize Delta Controls was due to commitment to open-protocol technology, energy efficiency, and integrated building management solutions.
