Across three generations of leadership, NSC PVF has established itself as a leader of pipe, valves, and fittings for the commercial market for projects that involve what is known as “comfort piping” (e.g., chilled, hot, and condenser piping) for heating and cooling applications.

Until recently, NSC has lacked the scale to quote and supply large bore stainless steel, exotic materials (Inconel, Monel, Hastelloy) and approved manufacturer list (AML) in the power generation and refinery industry.

That all changed with NSC’s partnership with the Allied Group. Allied Group Piping is the worldwide leader in manufacturing and distributing critical application fittings, flanges, valves, and pipes for industries such as oil and gas, chemical, and nuclear power. Allied Group is recognized for its comprehensive product line, including stainless steel and alloy components, and for providing specialized flow control solutions for complex industrial systems.

This has helped NSC PVF supply industrial projects such as the grass roots manufacturing facility that will be used for production of the Airforce’s F-47 fighter part of their Next Generation Air Defense (NGAD) in St. Louis. Also, NSC supplied the Deep Underground Nitrino Experiment (DUNE) project in South Dakota. This mile deep extensive laboratory complex will “capture” nitrinos sent from FERMI Lab in Chicagoland.
