NSC Divests Residential Business Unit, NSC HOME, to Hercules Industries of Denver, CO

NSC, a leading supplier of commercial piping, applied HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) equipment, and building automation controls in the Midwest, announced the sale of its Kansas City-based NSC HOME residential business unit to Hercules Industries. Headquartered in Denver, Hercules Industries is one of the nation’s largest HVAC manufacturers and wholesale distributors of high-quality sheet metal products and HVAC equipment.

The divestiture enables NSC to concentrate resources and expertise on our core commercial markets through our Applied Products Group (NSC APG) and Building Automation Services (NSC BAS) business units. NSC APG and NSC BAS will continue to operate in the Kansas market from a new sales office.”
